This webinar will address the importance of paying attention to mental health– not just our own, but that of our loved ones, friends, co-workers, and colleagues. As the world continues to deal with the pandemic, we continue to learn how significant the toll has been on our mental health and well-being. What's more, we now know that mental health challenges will continue to factor into our overall well-being for some time to come. This program will help participants understand:
Recent data that illustrates the ongoing mental health and substance use issues in the legal industry.
Signs and symptoms of potential emerging mental health challenges.
How law firm leaders/managers and team leaders can lead when it comes to mental health.
How to help others dealing with mental health challenges (including how to start a conversation and listen non-judgmentally).
How to practice self-care to support one's own mental health.
