The second edition of British Columbia Estate Litigation (2025: LexisNexis) reflects the growth and evolution of society with respect to Trusts & Estates law. By request, Clark Wilson’s Mark Weintraub and Amy Mortimore, partners in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice, led a collaboration to update what has become a critical resource for local practitioners.
