This webinar will focus on answering the following questions:

This webinar will explore how to find out what your associates want . . . by engaging them. Our speakers offer an overview of external surveys (Vault, Chambers, American Lawyer Midlevel survey) as well as considerations for conducting internal surveys and focus groups, as well as provide insights into stay interviews, exit interviews, post-exit interviews and upward reviews.




Kay Nash

Kay Nash is currently the Chief Talent Officer at Wiley where she provides leadership to the firm’s human resources function and serves as a strategic business partner to firm leadership. Kay has over 25 years of experience in the areas of talent management and career development. Her experience includes the development, implementation and alignment of people, processes, programs and policies to drive the firm's business goals. In her role at Wiley, Kay leads the human resources, legal talent and practice support departments and creates initiatives to attract, develop and advance the firm’s talent at all levels from professional staff to partners at the firm. Kay is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) and is a frequent speaker on legal talent and leadership topics and a dedicated member of NALP, having previously served on the Board of Directors and several committees and task forces for the organization. She currently serves on the Professional Development Quarterly advisory board. She is also a member of SHRM, the Professional Development Consortium and the HR Alliance.


Molly Peckman

With over 30 years of law firm experience, Molly Peckman launched her training, development and coaching company, Molly Peckman Training & Development (MPTD), to help organizations and professionals maximize their talent. At MPTD, Molly works with organizations on their talent management strategies including training, development, evaluation, engagement, retention, orientation, integration, respectful workplace and business development. Molly is an engaging speaker and provides customized training programs on communications, leadership, business development and management skills. She facilitates focus groups, conducts needs assessments and presents at retreats. Molly also provides one-on-one coaching on career and business development and is a certified master coach. Molly served as the head of talent at a global firm and helped create that firm’s culture of learning by building an integrated legal talent department, spearheading the diversity initiative, designing the competency and career path model and creating the training curriculum. In 2018, she was named as a Trusted Advisor of the Professional Development Consortium and, for two years, she chaired NALP’s Lawyer Professional Development Section. Molly is a graduate of Temple University (J.D.; B.A., Journalism) and practiced as a malpractice and employment law litigator in Philadelphia.
