Catherine Alman MacDonagh

Catherine is a former corporate counsel and law firm executive who now teaches, trains, and consults in the areas of organizational development, strategy, process improvement, project management, operational and process excellence and innovation. She offers coaching, training, and strategic planning consulting services with FIRM Guidance. A Legal Lean Sigma® Black Belt and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Catherine is the CEO and a Founder of the Legal Lean Sigma Institute. She is the only person from the legal profession to receive a Process Excellence Network Award (Best Business Transformation Project). Catherine is an adjunct professor at Suffolk Law School and George Washington University (Master’s in Law Firm Management) and lectures at other academic institutions, including The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School. Catherine is the author of Lean Six Sigma for Law Firms and the co-author of The Woman Lawyer's Rainmaking Gameand The Law Firm Associate's Guide to Personal Marketing and Selling Skills. She is a contributing author to seven books: Design Thinking for the Legal Profession;  Redefining Matter Management: A Best Practice Guide to Improving Processes and Profitability; The Lawyer’s Guide to Strategic Practice Management; The Lawyer’s Guide to Project Management; The Bigger Picture: Driving Client Value Through Collaboration; The Lawyer’s Guide to Process Improvement; and The Procurement Handbook.


Eva Wisnik

Eva Wisnik launched Wisnik Career Enterprises in 1996 to help law firms find and train their talent. Over the past 25 years, she has worked with more than 80 of the AmLaw firms, where she has conducted more than 700 training programs. Eva holds an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University and a BA in Psychology from Barnard College. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Covey Time Management System and has completed 260 hours of Tony Robbins Coaching. Eva is currently completing the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Certificate Program. Her goal is to share her learnings with others so they can lead the most successful and fulfilling lives possible.
