Louise is a Turks and Caicos Islander and is the firm’s newest partner. Her practice areas are diverse and include conveyancing, immigration, intellectual property, banking & finance and aviation. She is a member of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Caribbean Association, and the Law Society of England and Wales. In addition, Louise previously acted as the Treasurer of the Turks and Caicos Islands Bar Association and as an ad-hoc member of the Labour Tribunal in the TCI.

Pam is the founder and managing partner of Webster LP – overseeing its clients, people, and practices – and is highly regarded for developing a deep understanding of her clients’ objectives to provide strategic advice and insights. She advises multinational clients on a broad range of complex, cross-border cases with a focus on corporate and commercial law, real estate and property development, joint venture arrangements, government relations, and financial services regulatory matters. Pam is a Notary Public of Anguilla; a member of the International Fiscal Association, the International Tax Planning Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners; the long-serving president of Anguilla Financial Services Association; and chair of the Anguilla Finance Limited. She previously served as Crown Counsel for the Government of Anguilla (1986-87), as a member of the House of Assembly of Anguilla, and as Anguilla’s first female Leader of the Opposition (2015-2020).
